3) Open the folder and click on run.bat.
4) Some sample data files are available in the Data folder. Use 'file>open time-series' from the menu bar to open data files.
Known Bugs 1) After loading a set of time-series data you cant load another set of data with different time-points without restarting the application.
Older Versions The setup.zip file contains two versions. These are called laptop version and the desktop version because one works on my laptop and the other on my desktop PC (and all the other desktop PCs I've tried it on). I think this has something to do with the graphics card. If a version card is incompatible with your graphics card then the colour coding wont work so well (i.e. the selected genes do not always appear in front of the unselected genes). There are two versions of the software available for download. One works with Java versions 1.4.0 to 1.4.1. The other, works with Java 1.4.2 and should work with any subsequent versions. If your not sure which you need then try both. If you download the software and need any help or have found it helpful with your own work, please let me know.
